Randy Rogers Band Releases New Album
Randy Rogers Band released a new, self-titled album on Mercury Nashville
on Tuesday. It's their second release for the label. Rogers collaborated with several Nashville co-writers for the album,
including George Ducas, Radney Foster, Gary Nicholson and Stephony Smith.
Other new releases include Stay Golden, Smog: The Best of Golden Smog (Rhino), jazz bassist Charlie Haden's country-inspired
Rambling Boy (Decca), John Oates' 1000 Miles of Life (PS Records), Ralph Stanley II's This One Is Two
(Lonesome Day Records) and Brooklyn-based Americana band Yarn's Empty Pockets (Ardsley Music).
