Rascal Flatts performed Thursday (Oct. 9) at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital
at Vanderbilt in Nashville while hosting a small party for the young patients and their families. With their record label,
Lyric Street, being owned by Disney, they also brought along several characters, including Cinderella, Snow White and Mickey
and Minnie Mouse. "Fast Cars and Freedom" and "What Hurts the Most" were among the songs the trio performed. Following the
party, the band visited the hospital rooms of other children who were unable to attend the party. Rascal Flatts will perform
its annual benefit concert for the hospital on Oct. 17 at Nashville's Sommet Center. They have raised more than $2.2 million
for the facility during the past three years.
