Rodney Atkins, Kellie Pickler, Reese Witherspoon Join CMA Awards

Rodney Atkins and Kellie Pickler have been added as performers on the CMA Awards on Nov. 12. Both are nominated for best new artist, formerly known as the Horizon Award. In addition, actress Reese Witherspoon will present an award. The Nashville native won an Academy Award for her portrayal of June Carter Cash in the 2005 film, Walk the Line. Witherspoon and Joaquin Phoenix also served as CMA presenters in 2005. Witherspoon co-stars with Dwight Yoakam in the film, Four Christmases, due in theaters on Nov. 26.
