Rock Band Goes Country
Tracks by Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, the Dixie Chicks, Miranda Lambert and Brad Paisley will soon be available as downloadable content for the Rock Band gaming platform, Harmonix and MTV Games have officially announced. The Going Country five-pack marks the first country song titles designated for Rock Band. The tracks include Bentley's "Free and Easy (Down the Road I Go)," Brooks & Dunn's "Hillbilly Deluxe," the Dixie Chicks' "Sin Wagon," Lambert's "Gunpowder & Lead" and Paisley's "Mud on the Tires." Each track will be available starting Dec. 16 for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and Dec. 18 for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. Each individual track will be available for $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points) and $8.49 (680 Microsoft Points) for the five-pack.
