The properties are located in Sutton Forest in New South Wales. Currently, there are only two shops and a pub in the town. The motel will be built next to the pub, which already has a view of the mansion, according to the story. Final approval for the motel is expected to be determined in February. The couple's spokeswoman said she didn't think the couple knew about plans for the motel and denied rumors that they plan to sell the home.
