Rascal Flatts are in eighth place among all artists with earnings of $63,522,160, and Taylor Swift brought in $45,588,730 to come in at No. 16. Madonna ranked first with an income of $242.2 million, followed by Bon Jovi with $157.2 million and Bruce Springsteen with $156.3 million.
