Toby Keith and Hillary Duff are among the cast of a new movie currently in production in
Wilmington, N.C., according to the Wilmington Star News. The film, Provinces of Night, is based on a novel published
in 2000 by Tennessee author William Gay. It will be directed by Shane Taylor and produced by Jay McPhaul. The cast also includes
Pell James (Zodiac) and Bruce McGill (National Lampoon's Animal House).
