Vince Gill played the final concert of this year's artist-in-residence series on Tuesday
(Feb. 24) at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville. Backed by keyboardist Pete Wasner, Gill spent the evening
mixing music with stories, many about his late father. Josh Turner, singer-songwriter
Leslie Satcher, keyboardist John Hobbs and Dobro player Jerry Douglas all took the stage
at different times to perform with Gill. The artist-in-residence series, which began in 2003, allows artists to create their
own performances and has featured Cowboy Jack Clement, Earl
Scruggs, Tom T. Hall, Guy Clark, Kris
Kristofferson and Douglas. View
