brought his family along Thursday morning (June 11) when
he hosted his fan club party at Nashville's Belcourt Theatre during the
CMA
Music Festival. Seated alone on the stage, he spent about an hour answering questions previously submitted by his fan
club members. Among other things, Adkins revealed he doesn't use computers ("don't like them," he said), his favorite interviewer
is Craig Ferguson and he would not consider running for president. The 47-year-old singer also said it's awesome being a grandfather.
He took a moment to describe 17-month-old Hadley as beautiful and smart, saying, "She even knows sign language." Later at
the party, Adkins was joined onstage by two guitarists to accompany him on a short set of songs. The party closed with fans
having their photos taken with Adkins.
