Jennette McCurdy of Nickelodeon's iCarly Signs With Capitol Nashville
Jennette McCurdy, who stars in the Nickelodeon series, iCarly, has signed a record deal with Capitol Nashville, according
to a blog on her MySpace page. "I am honored, ecstatic, elated and overwhelmed with joy! Capitol's expertise in country music
will allow me the opportunity to give you guys the best I have to give in songwriting, singing and performing," she wrote.
McCurdy turned 17 in June. Capitol Nashville's roster also includes Trace
Adkins, Dierks Bentley, Luke
Bryan, Lady Antebellum, Darius
Rucker, Keith Urban and Emily
West.
