Tracy Lawrence Hospitalized With Respiratory Infection

Tracy Lawrence is being treated at a Nashville hospital for a respiratory infection that has forced him to cancel his Thursday night (Aug. 13) show in Lufkin, Texas. The 41-year-old singer was hospitalized Tuesday (Aug. 11) after doctors diagnosed him with the early stages of pneumonia. Lawrence and his management team are expected to decide sometime early Thursday morning whether to cancel his shows scheduled this weekend in San Antonio and Norman, Okla.
