Rodney Atkins Announces Hometown Charity Event With Phil Vassar

Rodney Atkins has announced the inaugural These Are My People, This Is My Town charity event to take place in Cookeville, Tenn., on Oct. 8. Atkins will perform with Phil Vassar. Proceeds will benefit Tennessee Tech University (TTU) Athletics and the Mustard Seed Ranch for neglected children. Atkins earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the university in 2007. Tickets are $25 for the public and $15 for TTU students.
