Bucky Covington has released a cover version of Nickelback's
"Gotta Be Somebody" as his new single. The song is written by Nickelback's Chad Kroeger and Ryan Peake, as well as co-producer
Joey Moi. Covington is expected to release his second album, I'm Alright, in early 2010. He shot a video for the single
during his hometown concert in Rockingham, N.C., on Sept. 26. A finalist on the fifth season of American Idol, Covington's
hits include "A Different World," "It's
Good to Be Us" and "I'll Walk."
