Chuck Wicks previewed new music at the North Georgia State Fair in Marietta,
Ga., on Saturday (Oct. 3). Wicks said he wrote "She Gets to Me" last summer while he was opening concerts for Brad
Paisley on the Paisley Party tour. He also said the breakup song, "Leave Me Alone," was about a bad relationship in college
and that it took eight years to write. During the state fair show, Wicks also sang his hit "Stealing Cinderella," as well
as covers by Joe Diffie ("Pickup Man") and Eddie
Rabbitt ("Drivin' My Life Away").
