Lady Antebellum was surprised with a platinum plaque on Wednesday (Oct. 7) for shipments
of 1 million copies of their self-titled debut album. Featuring the hits "Love
Don't Live Here", "Lookin' for a Good Time"
and "I Run to You", the album has also been certified gold
in Canada. Lady Antebellum also announced a release date of Jan. 26 for their second album, Need You Now, named for
their current single. The trio will perform the song on The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien on Friday (Oct. 9).
