Craig Morgan's video, "God Must Really Love Me," won the video of the year trophy from the Inspirational Country Music Awards on Thursday night (Oct. 15) in Nashville. "I didn't write this song," Morgan said. "But the first time I heard it, I knew I had to record it. The message that there is somebody looking out for everyone, no matter what, really rang true, especially in these tough times we're having in this country. I wanted to share that inspiration with the fans, and Eric [Welch, the video director] did a phenomenal job of interpreting the song. I'm so honored that the ICM recognized us with this award." In related news, Morgan and Chris Young will travel to Iraq and Germany later this month on behalf of the Stars for Stripes organization. Morgan's latest single is "Bonfire."
