Randy Houser Will Play CMA Songwriter Series Prior to CMA Awards
Randy Houser will take part in the CMA Songwriter Series in Nashville on
Nov. 10, one night prior to the CMA Awards. Houser's hits include "Anything
Goes" and "Boots On." He also co-wrote Trace
Adkins' "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" and Justin
Moore's "Back That Thing Up." He is nominated for new
artist of the year and video of the year ("Boots On") at the CMA Awards. The songwriter event will also feature Brett James
("Jesus, Take the Wheel," "When
the Sun Goes Down"), Rivers Rutherford ("Ain't Nothin'
Bout You," "Real Good Man") and Victoria Shaw ("The River,"
"I Love the Way You Love Me"). The songwriter show takes place at the Limelight, a music venue near downtown Nashville, and
tickets are priced at $10. Houser and Jamey Johnson are co-headlining
this year's CMT on Tour which runs through mid-December. Their next
tour date is Oct. 28 in Turlock, Calif.
