Trace Adkins' Comic Book, Luke McBain #1, Due Nov. 11
Luke McBain #1, a new comic book with a lead character based on Trace
Adkins, will be available on Nov. 11 by 12 Gauge Comics. The character, inspired by Adkins' likeness and persona, was
developed by writer David Tischman and publisher Keven Gardner. In the first issue, McBain returns to his Louisiana hometown
after 14 years in prison, following a sentence for a crime he did not commit. He finds that his brother, Paul, is corruptly
running the family business at the town's mill. The remaining three issues in the series will be released monthly through
February 2010.
