Cash and Tammy Wynette are among the country stars featured in an
upcoming reissue of a 1978 television special filmed at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville. Titled Country's Greatest
Stars Live: Volume 1 and 2, the two-DVD set compiles nearly seven hours of performance and behind-the-scenes footage.
Other featured artists include Roy Acuff, Eddy
Arnold, Chet Atkins, Glen
Campbell, Ray Charles, Charlie
Daniels Band, Crystal Gayle, Barbara
Mandrell, Bill Monroe, Anne
Murray, Charley Pride, Conway
Twitty and many more. The DVDs will be released on Jan. 26, 2010, through a partnership between the Country Music Hall
of Fame and Museum and Shout! Factory.
