Brooks & Dunn will perform at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards ceremony on Friday (Dec. 4) in Las Vegas. The duo will play "Only in America" to open the show. The song will be part of an opening segment paying tribute to NASCAR fans. The event at the Wynn Las Vegas will also feature performances by singer-songwriter David Gray, electric string quartet Escala and comedian John Pinette. Brooks & Dunn's ties to NASCAR include an appearance by Dale Earnhardt in their "Honky Tonk Truth" video in 1997. The duo also performed last year at the 50th running of the Daytona 500.
