More than 60 guitars signed by country artists such as Trace Adkins, Willie
Nelson, Brad Paisley and Taylor
Swift were stolen from a storage unit facility in Garland, Texas, on Thursday (Dec. 24). The guitars were being stored
at Uncle Bob's Self Storage prior to a fundraiser for the Friends of Purtis Creek State Park, according to The Dallas Morning
News. The organization's founder, Brian Hughes, had been collecting the guitars for about five years and was planning
to use the fundraising proceeds for equipment and children's activities for the park.
