Taylor Swift Among Country Artists Featured on 2010 Grammy Nominees CD

Lady Antebellum's "I Run to You," Rascal Flatts' "Here Comes Goodbye," Sugarland's "It Happens," Taylor Swift's "You Belong With Me" and Zac Brown Band's "Chicken Fried" will be included on an upcoming compilation of 2010 Grammy nominees. The CD will be released on Jan. 19 by EMI Music. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the MusiCares Foundation and the Grammy Foundation. The Grammys will air Jan. 31 on CBS.
