Rascal Flatts' Joe Don Rooney and his wife, Tiffany Fallon, are expecting their second
child in September, according to People. The couple's first child, a son named Jagger Donovan, was born in May 2008.
"We're a little more prepared but the same excitement is there," Rooney told the publication. "There's such fulfillment in
being a father and it's going to be two-fold now, which is so cool." Rooney and Fallon were married in April 2006.
