The first round of nominations for the 2010 CMT Music Awards will be announced Monday (April 5) at 11 a.m. ET. Fan voting begins online at CMT.com immediately after the nominees are revealed. The ninth annual awards show will be broadcast live from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on June 9 on CMT and CMT.com. The event coincides with the CMA Music Festival taking place June 10-13 in downtown Nashville. The host and performers for the awards show will be announced at a later date. The telecast will include some of the biggest stars in country music. Tickets go on sale April 10 at all Ticketmaster outlets.
