Trace Adkins will accept the DAR Medal of Honor from the National Society of the Daughters
of the American Revolution in Nashville on June 5. The award will be presented by the Nashville DAR Sarah Polk Chapter in
recognition of his patriotism and humanitarian works. The DAR is a nonprofit, nonpolitical volunteer women's service organization
dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history and securing America's future through better education for
children.
