Willie Nelson's name will be added to a downtown street in Austin, Texas,
following approval by the Austin City Council on Thursday (May 27), according to the Austin American-Statesman. Willie
Nelson Boulevard will be installed along Second Street, where the new Austin City Limits studio is currently being
built. In addition, a statue of Nelson is expected to be placed in front of the new studio with funds raised by the nonprofit
Capital Area Statues.
