The debut album by Jaron and the Long Road to Love, Getting Dressed in the Dark, was released Tuesday (June 22) by Jaronwood/Big Machine/Universal Republic. The album features the hit, "Pray for You." Jaron Lowenstein was previously in the brother duo Evan & Jaron, which had a pop hit in 2000 with "Crazy for This Girl." Other new releases include Mark Chesnutt's Outlaw, Sarah Harmer's Oh Little Fire (Zoe/Rounder), Terri Hendrix's Cry Till You Laugh (Wilory), Griffin House's The Learner (Nettwerk), Lynyrd Skynyrd's Live From Freedom Hall CD/DVD set (Roadrunner/Loud & Proud), Nora Jane Struthers' self-titled debut (Blue Pig) and Paul Thorn's Pimps and Preachers (Perpetual Obscurity).
