Alan Jackson has put his beachfront home in Tequesta, Fla., on the real estate market
after six years of ownership with an asking price of $1.275 million. The home was built in 1966, has 2,200 square feet inside
and two wraparound balconies adding 1,000 square feet, according to TCPalm.com, a Florida news site. Rob Thomson, a managing
partner at the listing agency, told the publication, "They've done a lot of work to it. With the white sandy beach and coconut
palms, it's feels like Margaritaville. It's very charming." Tequesta, Fla., is a few miles northwest of Jupiter, Fla., where
Jackson still owns an 8,000-square-foot home.
