Chuck Wicks will join singers and musicians from several musical genres
during Saturday's (July 31) Grammy Block Party sponsored by the Los Angeles chapter of the Recording Academy. The outdoor
event at the organization's offices in Santa Monica, Calif., will benefit the nonprofit MusiCares Nashville Flood Relief Fund
to help musicians who were impacted by the floods that hit Middle Tennessee in early May. Other performers include singer-songwriter
AkaCassidy, pop singer Charice, R&B artist Raphael Saadiq and alternative Latin group La Santa Cecilia. Rickey Minor, band
leader for The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, will serve as musical director for the fundraiser.
