A new, fan-voted country music awards show will air on Fox on Dec. 6. The first American Country Awards will take place in
Las Vegas. ACA executive producer Bob Bain said the show will offer contemporary stars like Lady
Antebellum and Carrie Underwood, while also honoring country
legends. Bain also helms the Teen Choice Awards for Fox. Categories are expected to include artist of the year, album of the
year, touring artist of the year, single of the year and music video by a breakthrough artist.
