Lee Ann Womack will host the ACM Honors ceremony for special honorees
and off-camera award winners on Sept. 20 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Keith
Urban will be honored with the Jim Reeves International Award, while
Marty Robbins, Mel Tillis,
talent agent Rod Essig and songwriters Don Schlitz and Cindy Walker will also be recognized for their career accomplishments.
In addition, the film Crazy Heart will be honored with the Tex Ritter
Award for country music-related films. Winners in the musician, bandleader, instrumental and industry will be recognized as
well. The remaining ACM Awards were presented in April in Las Vegas.
