The CMA Awards Vault, captures the history of the annual ceremony with rare photos, artwork, memorabilia
and interviews with numerous artists, including the first CMA Awards show host,
Sonny
James, and current co-hosts
Brad Paisley and
Carrie
Underwood. The book was written by Nashville-based journalist Deborah Evans Price. In addition,
Kenny
Chesney contributed the foreword and
Barbara Mandrell wrote the
afterword. The 144-page hardcover book, published by Whitman Publishing, is available in bookstores and online retailers at
a suggested retail price of $49.95. The CMA Awards will take place Nov. 10 in Nashville and will be broadcast live on ABC.
