Taylor Swift headlined concert tours which have been nominated at
the 2010
Billboard Touring Awards. AC/DC,
Bon Jovi and U2 dominated
the list of nominees announced Wednesday (Oct. 13), but the three country tours are the only ones in the "top package" category
devoted to tours with three or more artists on the bill. The award recognizes "synergistic packaging and value offered to
consumers." The finalists are McGraw's Southern Voice tour with
Lady Antebellum,
Love and Theft and
the
Lost Trailers, Paisley's H2O tour with
Darius Rucker,
Justin
Moore,
Easton Corbin,
Steel
Magnolia and
Josh Thompson, and Swift's Fearless tour with
Kellie Pickler and
Gloriana.
Additionally, the
Zac Brown Band and Ram Trucks share a nomination
in the concert marketing and promotion category for their Letters for Lyrics campaign. The awards, to be presented in New
York City on Nov. 4, are primarily based on global box office revenues from Oct. 1, 2009, through Sept. 30, 2010.
