Taylor Swift's Fearless tour with Kellie Pickler and Gloriana won in the best package category at the Billboard Touring Awards ceremony held Thursday (Nov. 4) in New York City. The best package designation recognizes multi-artist tours. U2's 360 tour netted the band wins in the top tour and top draw categories based on global box office numbers reported from Oct. 1, 2009 through Sept. 30, 2010. Lady Gaga took home the breakthrough prize and the concert marketing and promotion award. Other winners included AC/DC, who won the top boxscore award for three sold-out shows at ANZ Stadium in Sydney, Australia.
