James Otto is offering a free download this week of his new single, "Soldiers and Jesus," in honor of Veterans Day, observed on Thursday (Nov. 11). The song will be offered by participating radio station websites through Sunday (Nov. 14). Otto co-wrote the song for his latest album, Shake What God Gave Ya. "I'm part of a military family," he said. "My dad was a drill sergeant in the U.S. Army for 23 years, and my grandfather is a Korean War vet. I served in the Navy, myself. Veterans Day has always held a special meaning in our house." Otto's hits include "Just Got Started Loving You" and "Groovy Little Summer Song."
