Carrie Underwood earned three People's Choice Award nominations on Tuesday (Nov. 9). She will compete for favorite female artist, favorite country artist and favorite TV guest star for her role on How I Met Your Mother. Taylor Swift also secured nominations for favorite female artist and favorite country artist. Tim McGraw landed in the favorite male artist category, while Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts and Keith Urban join Swift and Underwood in the favorite country artist category. The People's Choice Awards will air Jan. 5, 2011, on CBS.
