Darius Rucker and the PGA Tour will recognize area members of the military during the Players Championship tournament in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., on May 11, in honor of Military Appreciation Day. Rucker will conclude the evening ceremony on the tournament's Sawgrass Clubhouse lawn with a concert dedicated to the military and their families. All active duty, reserve and retired military personnel and their dependents will be admitted free during the ceremony, as well as the tournament. Tickets for the general public will be $20 for the May 11 events, including a practice round for the tournament's participants.
