Taylor Swift has reclaimed her status as the top-certified artist for digitally-downloaded singles, with 22.5 million song certifications. Her latest honors include the triple-platinum status for 3 million downloads of "You Belong With Me," as well as platinum singles for "Fifteen," "Forever & Always" and "Back to December." Swift's latest sales figures put her back ahead of Lady Gaga (who set the previous record in February with 20 million), Rihanna (19 million) and the Black Eyed Peas (17.5 million). Meanwhile, Swift's album sales stand at 13 million, with Taylor Swift reaching 4 million units, Fearless at 6 million units and Speak Now at 3 million units.
