Lady Antebellum, The Band Perry and Blake Shelton are among the artists represented on NOW That's What I Call Country Vol. 4, a compilation album released Tuesday (June 14) by UMG Nashville. The 18-song project also features hits by Miranda Lambert, Sugarland, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban, as well as newer artists such as Easton Corbin, Jerrod Niemann, Thompson Square and Chris Young. In addition, popular singles from Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Billy Currington, Darius Rucker, George Strait and the Zac Brown Band are also included.
