The Eli Young Band will release a new album, Life at Best, on Aug. 16 on Republic Nashville. The project's lead track, "Crazy Girl," is the band's fastest-rising single to date. Bass player Jon Jones said, "Life at Best was a long time in the making. ... We're lucky to have loyal fans that are hungry for new music. We're glad we're finally able to put the new music out for an established fan base." The band's previous album, Jet Black & Jealous, was released in 2008 by the Universal South label. Their Top 40 singles from that album include "When It Rains," "Always the Love Songs" and "Radio Waves."
