Toby Keith
Toby Keith will perform at the Bluebird Café in Nashville for the first time on
Tuesday (June 28). He will be joined by songwriters Bobby Pinson and Scotty Emerick for the acoustic performance. Proceeds
will help pay down the debt acquired by the Nashville Songwriters Association International when they purchased the respected
songwriter venue in 2007. Admission is $75 for the general public and $150 for gold circle seats. Keith will play a Takamine
guitar during the show, then autograph it and auction it to raise money for the organization. "God blessed me to be a songwriter
first and foremost," Keith said. "I remember going to writers night at the Bluebird. It's great to have a place for songwriters
to showcase their songs. It can open a door that just makes a song fly. Just one moment of inspiration and you're off. Nashville
needs to keep the Bluebird alive and thriving."
