Taylor Swift, Keith Urban and Lady Antebellum won Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night (Aug. 7) in Los Angeles. In addition to earning the Ultimate Choice Award, Swift picked up awards in four music categories -- female artist, female country artist, country single ("Mean") and breakup song ("Back to December"). She also earned the title of Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon Female. In addition, Urban won the male country artist category and Lady Antebellum claimed the country group category.
