Pat Green will release a new album, Songs We Wish We'd Written II, on Feb. 28 on Sugar Hill Records. He recorded the first volume with Cory Morrow in 2001. The new project includes Green's renditions of material by Collective Soul, Joe Ely, Warren Haynes, Lyle Lovett, Shelby Lynne, Jon Randall and Tom Petty, among others. He recorded the album with his road band. He is currently writing material for a new album to be recorded early next year. Green's country hits include "Wave on Wave" and "Feels Just Like It Should."
