Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean and Taylor Swift were among the winners at the Billboard Touring Awards in New York City on Thursday night (Nov. 10). Chesney won for top touring package for his Goin' Coastal tour with the Zac Brown Band, Uncle Kracker and Billy Currington. Aldean claimed the breakthrough category, and Swift's Speak Now tour earned the award for concert marketing and promotion. Her world tour was sponsored by Cover Girl. In addition, U2 won for top tour and top draw while Bon Jovi won the fan-voted Eventful Fans' Choice Award.
