Mindy McCready is currently in Nashville, nearly seven months pregnant with twins, and the father is a music producer named David, according to an exclusive interview with The Associated Press. On Tuesday (Nov. 29), a Florida judge ruled that McCready must return her 5-year-old son to her mother by Thursday afternoon due to the singer's violation of custody rights. However, McCready told the news service that her pregnancy will likely prevent her from doing so. As previously reported, McCready took her son from his father's home in Cape Coral, Fla., and reportedly disappeared. She is in a custody battle with her mother, Gayle Inge, for the child.
