Rodney Atkins will sing "Take a Back Road" on the inaugural American Giving Awards on Dec. 10 on NBC. A tribute to community heroes, the ceremony offers five charities an opportunity to share in $2 million in grants from Chase banking. Bob Costas will host the event. Presenters will include Miley Cyrus, Terrence Howard, Dancing With the Stars winner J.R. Martinez, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Gabrielle Union and Miss USA Alyssa Campanella. More musical artists will be announced at a later date.
