Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush must give depositions in Indiana next month as part of the court proceedings surrounding the Indiana State Fair stage collapse in August 2011. Marion Superior Court Judge Theodore Sosin ruled that Nettles and Bush must appear between April 1 and April 15, according to The Associated Press. Attorneys for Mid-America Sound Corp., which built the stage, asked for depositions to begin Monday (March 26), but the duo's attorneys asked for a delay until May. Seven people died and dozens were injured in the Aug. 13 incident when high winds blew down scaffolding and equipment prior to Sugarland's concert appearance.
