Kenny Chesney
's new album will be titled
Welcome to the Fishbowl, he announced
Thursday (March 29). The project, his 13th studio album, follows his platinum-selling
Hemingway's Whiskey, released
in 2010.
Welcome to the Fishbowl will be released June 19 on BNA Records. He and
Tim
McGraw will perform together Sunday (April 1) at the
Academy
of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas. Chesney's ACM nominations include entertainer of the year, album of the year (
Hemingway's
Whiskey) and song of the year for his recording of
"You and
Tequila" with
Grace Potter. Also nominated are
the song's writers,
Matraca Berg and
Deana Carter.
Chesney and McGraw launch their Brothers of the Sun tour on June 2 in Tampa, Fla. The stadium tour will also feature Grace
Potter & the Nocturnals and
Jake Owen.
