Alan Jackson and Ricky Skaggs will offer special performances at the Grand Ole Opry this month. Fellow members Alison Krauss, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Josh Turner and Carrie Underwood will also play the famous stage in May.
Jackson, an Opry member since 1991, will preview select songs from his new album, Thirty Miles West, on Tuesday (May 8). During the 30-minute set, Jackson will also sing some of his biggest hits. Thirty Miles West is due June 5.
Little Big Town, Thompson Square and Chris Young will also appear on the Tuesday show.
Meanwhile, a second Opry show has been added on May 12 due to an exceptional lineup. Paisley, Underwood and American Idol winner Scotty McCreery will perform on both shows.
In addition, Skaggs will mark his 30th anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry on May 15. His guests will include Krauss, Turner, the Whites and more.
Rascal Flatts, who joined the Opry in 2011, will play there May 22. In addition, Opry members Ronnie Milsap, Montgomery Gentry and Craig Morgan will join Kellie Pickler on the lineup that night.
