Eric Church's latest album Chief has been certified platinum for shipments of 1 million copies. This is Church's third RIAA certification this month. His 2006 album Sinners Like Me has been certified gold for shipments of 500,000 copies while his single "Springsteen" has reached platinum for 1 million digital downloads. Church received a gold single certification in January for "Drink in My Hand," as well as one for "Homeboy" last year.
